In 1950, women employed full-time received on average two thirds of men's wages, in 2003 they exceeded 80%.<\/p>\n

The process was essentially completed in about 20 years (1972-1993), and has been blocked since the mid-1990s.<\/p>\n

The size of the gap remains considerable: will it still be 50 years before real parity is achieved?<\/p>\n

Women remain outside the highest paid positions of responsibility, often employed for qualities that are recognized as \"natural\" (social relationships, communication, etc.).<\/p>\n

So yes Women I love you, I would try not to confine you to pre-established roles, not to lock you in a box.<\/p>\n
