Catharsis noun (Greek katharsis, purification)
For Aristotle, the "purification" effect produced on the audience by a dramatic representation.

Any therapeutic method that aims to achieve an emotional crisis situation such as this critical manifestation provokes a solution to the problem that the crisis presents.

I write my fears, as an outlet, to overcome them, to keep them at bay with humour and derision.

The principle: you are invited to write the words that block you, that hold you back

These Words then cover your body, which a fan will blow to free you symbolically.
